How do I return a faulty product?

Can I place my order over the phone?

We are sorry but we don’t have this facility please order via our website.

Can I order something that is out of stock?

If the item is marked as ‘Out of Stock’ this means that the item should be returning to stock.

Is there free delivery over a certain amount?

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, free delivery applies to orders over £75.

How long does delivery take in the UK?

Please allow 5 working days from the day you placed your order before contacting us.  If your order has still not arrived after this time frame please email us on: sales@beauandelliot.com and include your order number and the date you placed your order. Thank you.

Why have I not received my order confirmation?

If you have not yet received your order confirmation please make sure to check your junk folder.
