It’s ok if you change your mind. You have 28 days to return any item for a full refund providing it is in original unused, saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item(s).
We recommend you keeping proof of postage once you have sent your return.

Monday to Friday are classed as working days.
Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. We will send you a confirmation email.
Monies will be refunded to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase. If this is not possible we will contact you via phone or email.
If you have a damaged or faulty item we will request images of the damage / fault prior to any replacement or refund being issued. If you are unable to send pictures of the faulty or damaged item you will have to return the item at your own expense. If the item is deemed as faulty / damaged we will only refund the collection cost we would charge.
Once we have inspected the item or pictures and it is confirmed the damage / fault we will offer you a replacement or refund.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged for something that was a result of normal wear and tear.
